“Great position lovely staff our room was in need of an update.”

“Easy check in as prepaid room. We were staying a few nights, we dragged up our bags and unpacked everything, loaded up the fridge etc. it was a little stuffy so turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom but there was no power on the unit, no lights coming on, same thing with the one in the living room. I went to the front desk to complain and they sent me back to my room with someone from the front desk, he just confirmed they were not working, we unfortunately had to pack up and move...

“Cooking facilities good for two guests with microwave, bench top hot plates. This room had spa tub with shower, general spa outside and pool. Staff on hand and very helpful. Ideally situated with short walk to town centre and beach a few steps away. Would recommend.”

“We arrived late, it was dark. Great communication but when we got the key it was a little hard to follow the map as the area wasnt lit up that well and the signage was poor. When we got inside there were a few bugs 🐛. I went to boil the jug to make a bottle for my infant but the jug was really dirty. The sink couldnt see if it was hot or cold, could only get one element to work. Unable to connect to the wifi following the instructions. Not able to discuss with staff due to us arriving so late....
